Rosavia offers furniture and home furnishing products, including Chairs, Sofas & Couches, Frames & Bases, and Home Office Desk Chairs.

All product prices and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, or modify promotions at any time.

Orders are subject to payment verification and acceptance.

4. Orders and Cancellations

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation when your purchase has been successfully submitted.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We currently provide shipping services within the United States under the following conditions:

  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling $150 or more.

  • Standard Shipping: $7.95 for orders under $150.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier operations, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must meet the applicable return conditions and receive return authorization before being sent back.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected.
